3 Reinstalling

Reinstall Tachospeed as a standalone program.

  • Turn off Tachospeed.

  • Copy (e.g. to a flash drive) the database file (by default it is located in C:/Program Files (x86)/Infolab/Tachospeed/Base/TACHOSPEED.GDB). In MAX version there can be more than one database, then please transfer all files with GDB extension which are on HDD, except PUSTA.GDB.

  • Uninstall the program.

  • Delete the directory in C:/Program Files (x86)/Infolab/Tachospeed/

  • Restart the computer.

  • Disable antivirus.

  • Download the installation file.

  • Install the installer "as administrator" (right mouse button on the downloaded file, run as administrator).

  • If after installation a window appears asking you to run the program, please uncheck it and do not run the program.

  • Upload the database file from the flash drive to C:/Program Files (x86)/Infolab/Tachospeed/Baza/

  • Run the program "as administrator" by clicking the icon on the desktop (only the first run of the program is done "as administrator").

  • Enter license number, activate program (phone number +48 32 70 70 440).

  • MAX version - in the menu "Administration - Select a base - Search for a base" we indicate each base.
