5 Speed graph from VU

1. Display the speed graph window.

The speed graph can be generated directly from the program or during import or preview of the digital file from the tachograph by clicking on the "Speed graph" button. 

1.1 Generate a speed report from the digital view. 

  1. Click on the "Display speed" icon.





  2. Select and open the digital file from the tachograph,

  3. The speed graph window appears. 





1.2 Generate speed report from digital data. 

  1. From the menu bar, expand the list "Digital". 





  2.  Select "Speed Report - Speed graph from VU".

  3. The speed graph window appears.


1.3  Generate a speed report from the report level. 

  1. From the menu bar, expand the "Reports" list.





  2.  Select "Vehicle reports - Speed graph from VU".

  3. Speed graph window appears.

1.4 Display of speed report during import of digital file

While working with the application, the speed graph can also be displayed while importing the digital file from the tachograph.

  1. Click on "Import a digital file" on the calendar view or from the "Digital" menu.

  2. Select the digital file from the tachograph.

  3. In the "Digital Data Information" window, click on the "Velocity Chart" button.

2. Display the data of the day.

In the central part of the window there is a graph. On the right side of the window there is a list of days on which activity was recorded. If you want to view activity from a particular day, click on the corresponding date.

3. Display of data from a given time interval

If you are interested in a specific range of hours, change it in the "Data range" field.

4. Scaling the velocity chart

Use the zoom in and out button to scale the chart as desired.

 

5. Save report to file

To save the velocity graph to a file you need to:

  1. Display the chart window.

  2. Click on the "Report" button.

  3. Select the type of file in which you want to save the report.


6. Printout of the report

In order to print a speed chart you need to:

  1. Display the chart window.

  2. Click on the "Print chart" button.

7. Data

In addition to the graphical representation of the speed, it is possible to preview the data. The data can be previewed by going to the "Data" tab. In addition, the data can be exported to a ".xls" file by clicking on the "Excel" button.

 

8. Report of speeding infringements

After clicking on the "Report - Speeding infringements Report" button, we have the option to view, save to file or print the speeding infringements report.

Note: The report will be generated only if the digital file from the tachograph contains vehicle speed data. The tachograph records speed data only from the last 24 hours of driving.
