1 Calculation of refuellings

1 Calculation of refuellings

To start the fuel module, select the "Fuel - Calculation of refuellings" menu.

1. Adding and editing refueling

After running the report, an options window will appear in which you can add and remove refueling.

The data visible in the upper right corner of the window is taken directly from the vehicle database. These are exactly the data we entered when adding and editing the selected vehicle.

To start accounting for fuel consumption, we need to select the appropriate vehicle and billing period. After selecting the accounting period, the program retrieves data from the database about all refuelings previously entered into the program. Add refuelings using the "Add refueling" button or the "Add refueling" pop-up menu. Delete a refueling using the "Delete refueling" option in the pop-up menu (right mouse button on the selected refueling).

2. Fuel accounting method

The fuel consumption report is based on the refuel-to-fill method. With each refueling, the driver is required to record the number of liters of refuelled fuel and the status of the meter during this refueling. Based on this data, the program calculates the actual fuel consumption. In this method, the first refueling (to a full tank) is the starting point.

3. Fuel report

The fuel report is generated from the entered data after clicking on the "Report" button. A document that allows you to settle fueling for the selected billing period is available under the "Calculation" button.
