2. Inspection Report

W przypadku wyboru dni możemy ustawić kontrolę dowolnego okresu czasu, kontrolę ostatnich 29 dniu lub całego roku kalendarzowego. Służą do tego przyciski znajdujące się w prawym górnym rogu ekranu.
3. Menu Wykroczenia
Klikając w Wykroczenia pojawi się menu, z którego możemy wybrać jedną z dostępnych opcji:
- wykroczeń - wygenerowanie uproszczonego raportu ITD, który obejmuje jedynie naruszenia dokonane przez kierowcę. Raport ten nie ma szczegółowego wykresu aktywności kierowcy.
- upomnienie - generuje upomnienie dla kierowcy z powodu nieprzestrzegania norm prowadzenia pojazdu, przerw i odpoczynków
- kontrolny wpisów o krajach - wyświetla raport, który wskazuje czy kierowca dokonuje na tachografie poprawnego wpisu kodu kraju
- raport naruszeń (.csv) - generuje raport naruszeń w formacie .csv. Po wybraniu tej opcji wskazujemy miejsce na dysku, w którym ma zostać zapisany raport
4. Grafik
Klikając w symbol "G" pojawi się okno Grafiku pracy kierowcy, który umożliwia bieżącą kontrolę jego aktywności pod kątem wymaganych przerw.
Gdy ustalimy dzień i godzinę klikamy w przycisk "Przelicz".
Po wybraniu powyższych parametrów program wskaże nam możliwy pozostały czas prowadzenia pojazdu oraz zalecenia dla najbliższych wymaganych odpoczynków.
3. Opcje
Opcje raportu umożliwiają m.in.:
- zmianę kolorów oznaczeń wszelkich aktywności
- ustalenie źródła danych kontrolnych
- wybór formy raportu (uproszczony lub rozszerzony)
- wskazanie obowiązującego taryfikatora
- ustawienie daty raportu oświadczenia
4. Preferencje
W oknie głównym raportu ITD klikamy w "Preferencje", gdzie znajdują się szczegółowe wytyczne i tolerancje dla generowanych raportów. Edycja tych opcji zalecana jest dla zaawansowanych użytkowników programu.
5. Edycja
Po kliknięciu w przycisk "Edycja" program przejdzie do "Interaktywnego Podglądu Aktywności" od razu w trybie edycji. Tryb ten został szczegółowo opisany w punkcie - 4 Tabular raport card inserts (BETA). Tryb edycji dostępny jest tylko w wersji programu z rozszerzonym modułem kontrolnym.
6. Służby kontrolne
Program umożliwia także generowanie protokołów i decyzji dla wszelkich służb kontrolnych - służy do tego menu znajdujące się w górnej części ekranu.

7. Ocena ryzyka
Aby wygenerować raport "Oceny ryzyka" należy wybrać kierowców z listy, a następnie kliknąć w przycisk "Wykroczenia - Ocena ryzyka".
Wybieramy rok, dla którego generujemy raport oceny ryzyka i klikamy w przycisk "Generuj raport".

6. Lista najpoważniejszych naruszeń

10. Zbiorczy raport naruszeń
Aby wygenerować "Zbiorczy raport naruszeń" należy wybrać kierowców z listy, a następnie kliknąć w przycisk "Wykroczenia - Zbiorczy raport naruszeń".

If we select days, we can set the control of any time period, the control of the last 29 days or the entire calendar year. This is done using the buttons located in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Infrigements menu
Clicking on Offenses will bring up a menu from which we can select one of the available options:
- infractions - generate a simplified ITD report that covers only violations committed by the driver. This report does not have a detailed graph of the driver's activity,
- reminder - generates a reminder to the driver for failure to comply with driving standards, breaks and rests,
- control country entries - displays a report that indicates whether the driver makes a correct country code entry on the tachograph,
- violations report (.csv) - generates a violations report in .csv format. After selecting this option, indicate the disk location where the report is to be saved.
4. Driver work schedule
Clicking on the "S" symbol will bring up the Driver's Work Schedule window, which allows you to keep track of the driver's activity in terms of required breaks.
When we set the day and time we click on the "Recalculate" button.
After selecting the above parameters, the program will show us the possible remaining driving time and recommendations for the next required rests.
3. Options
Report options allow you to, among other things:
- changing the colors of the markings of any activity,
- determination of the source of control data,
- selection of the form of the report (simplified or extended),
- indication of the applicable tariff,
- setting the date of the statement report.
4. Preferences
In the main window of the ITD report, click on "Preferences", where there are detailed guidelines and tolerances for the generated reports. Editing these options is recommended for advanced users of the program.
5. Edit
After clicking on the "Edit" button, the program will go to the "Interactive view" immediately in edit mode. This mode is described in detail in section - 4 Tabular report card inserts (BETA). The edit mode is available only in the program version with the extended control module.
6. Inspection
The program also allows the generation of protocols and decisions for any inspection services - the menu at the top of the screen is used for this.

7. Risk Assessment
To generate a "Risk Assessment" report, select drivers from the list and then click on the "Infringements- Risk Assessment" button.
Select the year for which you are generating the risk assessment report and click on the "Generate Report" button.

10. Collective report of infringements
To generate a "collective report of infringements", select drivers from the list and then click on the "Infringements- collective report of infringements" button.
