The digital module icon is only displayed when the digital module is activated. Clicking on it changes the appearance of the main screen completely. It is set to fully scan the database for data entered by the driver cards and the vehicle's digital tachograph.
1. Viewing digital data
The screenshot below shows the main window for digital data. The main tabs "Driver" and "Vehicle" allow you to change the data you want.
The vehicle details may differ from those on the driver card. When viewing the vehicle data, it is possible to select the slot in the tachograph where the data is to be viewed (the data stored in these two slots may differ).
In the middle of the screen, there is a calendar with the days on which activities are visible. There are three views (annual, monthly and daily). The information presented in each view varies in level, from the most general to the most detailed. The views differ depending on whether we are looking at vehicle or driver card data.
At the bottom of the screen is a preview of the selected day line from the calendar.
2. Digital file storage
All files imported into the program are stored in the database in the unmodified DDD format. All imported files appear in a "digital file repository" and are quickly accessible in case of an audit in the company.
At any time, we can save all the files in the archive to the hard disk by pressing the right mouse button on the archive and selecting "Save all digital files to directory" or "Save to file".
