Through the "Companies" menu, we have access to the database of contractors stored in the currently selected program database.


Adding companies

The company is added using the "Add" button in the "Companies" menu. After clicking, a window will appear where we can enter all the data needed to identify the company (only the name is required). The list of companies appears, for example, in summary reports and when adding and editing drivers.

Viewing and editing companies

We edit the company's data by changing its content in the "Companies" menu. We remember the changes by clicking on the "Save selected" button.

Removal of companies

It is also possible to delete companies. To do this, we use the "Delete" button in the "Companies" menu. Once clicked, a window will appear in which we must confirm the removal of the company from the database.

2. Form "Representative FRA"

Details of the representative in France.

3. Form "Manager"

Data of the managing person.
