1. General information
The calendar view is available in all versions of the software and is the default view. All driver and vehicle programmed activities, digital and analogue data are displayed in this screen.
There are 2 modes to choose from in the calendar view:
Drivers - this view allows you to view all the activities of the selected driver.
Vehicles - in this view we can view all the functions of the selected vehicle.
Two buttons are used to switch between these modes:
The "Calendar View" also allows you to switch between 'annual', 'monthly' and 'daily' status.
Click on the white bar at the bottom of the screen to open the information. The table shows the details of the selected day and period. The table is available in all three modes and in monthly and annual views.
All information is displayed in the correct time for the selected language; if you want to change this, select the relevant time in the checkbox. In addition, by default, only Polish holidays are shown in the calendar (the country is selected based on the language version).
2. Reports
The (annual) calendar view gives quick access to reports. When you select any period in the calendar and press the right mouse button, a pop-up menu with the selected reports opens. Once a report is selected, a report configuration window will appear with the driver/vehicle and the time period selected. This means that we no longer need to select a driver/vehicle from the list and enter the period for which we want to create a report.
3. Action
Similarly, right-clicking on the selected period allows you to add activities such as holidays, absences or working hours.
4. Adding activities
The program allows you to add activities manually in the "Calendar View" under the "Day" tab.
Select the type of action by clicking on the free box in the "Mode" column.
We then fill in the start and end dates of the activity and select the vehicle.You can move between the individual entries with the TAB key.
The programme allows you to copy the activities to the following days.Select the activities you want to copy from the checkbox on the left of the window, then click "Copy". You can move to the next day using the "Navigation" window at the top of the screen. On the next day, click "Paste" and "Save".
Once the activity has been copied, if you want to paste it into another day, select the other day and click 'Paste'.
