Through the "Vehicles" menu, we have access to the database of vehicles saved in the currently selected database of the program.

1. Adding vehicles
Pojazdy dodajemy, wybierając "Dodaj" w menu "Pojazdy". Po kliknięciu pojawi się okno, w którym możemy wpisać numer rejestracyjny pojazdu oraz pozostałe dane identyfikacyjne. Po dodaniu pojazdu może być on przyporządkowany do określonej firmy. Jest to potrzebne w przypadku rozliczania czasu pracy kierowców dla kilku przewoźników.
Pojazdy możemy dodać także w czasie importu pliku cyfrowego. Podczas importu program wskaże nam jakich pojazdów nie wykrył w bazie i zaproponuje dodanie ich lub pominięcieVehicles are added by selecting "Add" in the "Vehicles" menu. After clicking, a window will appear where we can enter the vehicle's registration number and other identification data. Once the vehicle is added, it can be assigned to a specific company. This is needed when settling driver time for several carriers.
We can also add vehicles during the import of the digital file. During the import, the program will indicate to us which vehicles it has not detected in the database and will suggest adding them or omitting them.
2. Viewing and editing vehicles
Dane pojazdu edytujemy nadpisując wcześniej zapisane informacje, a następnie klikamy w przycisk "Zapisz wybrany". Edycja numerów rejestracyjnych pojazdów pozwala na podmianę pojazdów w przypadku wyrejestrowania, rezygnacji z leasingu i innych sytuacjach związanych z taborem w firmie. Możemy również zmienić wszystkie inne dane, które zostały wprowadzone podczas tworzenia pojazdu w bazie.
Po odznaczeniu checkboxa "Aktywny", pojazd nie będzie się pojawiać na liście pojazdów w programie podczas dodawania tarczek (oraz w wielu innych polach do wyboru pojazdu). Funkcji tej możemy użyć, jeżeli danego pojazdu nie ma już w naszej firmie, ale wciąż musimy przechowywać jego dane.
We edit the vehicle data by overwriting the previously saved information, and then click on the "Save" button. Editing vehicle registration numbers allows us to swap vehicles in case of deregistration, lease cancellation and other situations related to the company's fleet. We can also change all other data that was entered when the vehicle was created in the database.
When the "Active" checkbox is unchecked, the vehicle will not appear in the list of vehicles in the program when adding dials (and in many other vehicle selection fields). We can use this function if a particular vehicle is no longer in our company, but we still need to store its data.
Note! Despite marking a vehicle as inactive, it still counts towards the limit of vehicles we can enter (not applicable to the Max version).
3. Vehicle removal
Możliwe jest również usuwanie pojazdów. Pojazd usuwamy, używając przycisku "Usuń" w menu "Pojazdy". Po kliknięciu pojawi się okno, w którym możemy potwierdzić usunięcie pojazdu z bazy.
Note! Jeśli zapisano już jakieś tarczki z określonym pojazdem lub ma on zaimportowane dane cyfrowe, nie będzie możliwe jego usunięcie. W takich sytuacjach można jedynie uczynić pojazd nieaktywnym. Należy pamiętać iż ustawienie pojazdu jako "nieaktywny" w dalszym ciągu zalicza ten pojazd do limitu pojazdów w posiadanej przez nas wersji Tachospeed.
4. Formatki
4.1 Formatka "Ogólne"
Na formatce "Ogólne" uzupełniane są podstawowe dane pojazdu.
4.2 Formatka "Paliwo"
Na formatce "Paliwo" uzupełniane są dane dotyczące zużycia paliwa przez pojazd, które następnie są wykorzystywane w module paliwowym (rozdział It is also possible to delete vehicles. 4.4 Formatka "Inne"
Na formatce "Inne" uzupełniane są dane informacyjne pojazdu.
4.5 Formatka "Systemy telematyczne"
Na formatce "Systemy telematyczne" możemy dodać informację jaki system jest zamontowany w naszym pojeździe oraz jaką ma przypisaną nazwę.
