1. General
The calendar screen is available in all versions of the program and is the default view. All activities, digital and analog data entered into the program for the driver and vehicle are visible on this screen.
On the calendar view, we have 2 modes to choose from:
- Driver - on this view we have the possibility to view all activities of the selected driver
- Vehicles - on this view we have the possibility to view all activities for the selected vehicle
Two buttons are used to switch between these modes:
"Calendar view" also allows you to switch between "annual", "monthly" and "daily" modes.
When you click on the white bar at the bottom of the screen, you open the detailed data. The table shows detailed data for the selected day and period. The table is available for all three modes, as well as for monthly and yearly views.
All data is presented in the time appropriate for the selected language, to change this you need to select the appropriate time in the selection field.
2. Reports
From the calendar (yearly) view, we have very quick access to reports. After selecting any time period on the calendar and pressing the right mouse button, a pop-up menu with selected reports opens. After selecting a report, the report configuration window will be displayed with the appropriate driver/vehicle and the period we selected. This way we no longer have to select the driver/vehicle from the list and enter the period for which we want to generate the report.
3. Manual entries
Podobnie klikając prawym guzikiem myszy na zaznaczonym okresie możemy dodawać czynności, tj.: urlopy, nieobecności czy godziny pracy.
4. Adding activities
The program allows you to manually add activities on the "Calendar View" in the "Day" tab.
Click in the free box in the "Mode" column to select the type of activity.
We then complete the start and end time of the activity and select the vehicle. We can move between the various entries using the TAB key.
The program allows you to copy activities to subsequent days. Check the checkbox on the left side of the window to indicate which activities you want to copy, and then click on "Copy." To move to another day, you can use the "Navigation" window at the top of the screen. On another day, click "Paste" and "Save".
Po skopiowaniu aktywności, jeśli chcemy wkleić aktywności na kilka dni jednocześnie to należy przejść do zakładki "Rok", zaznaczyć kilka dni i wybrać "Czynności - Wstaw".
