1. Data import - Transics
Aby skorzystać z importu danych systemu Transics należy w pierwszej kolejności wypełnić dokument Transics Authorization Request.docx, który kolejno przesyłamy do Transics`a. Po odpowiedzi Transicsa wystarczy przesłać do nas otrzymane dane celem sprawdzenia funkcjonalności oraz ich podpięcia w kolejnej wersji Tachospeeda. Informacja o numerze wersji programu zostanie wysłana bezpośrednio do klienta jak tylko "Dział IT" przygotuje uruchomienie pobierania danych.
Następnie po wybraniu menu "Import danych - Transics" pojawi się okno, w którym wybieramy serwer oraz podajemy dane logowania. Po pobraniu danych wyświetlone zostanie okno "Podsumowania", w którym sprawdzimy zaimportowane dane.
In order to use Transics' data import, you first need to fill out a document, which you in turn send to Transics. After Transics' response, it is enough to send the received data to us in order to check the functionality and plug them in the next version of Tachospeed. Information about the version number of the program will be sent directly to the customer as soon as the "IT Department" prepares to start downloading the data.
Then, after selecting the "Data Import - Transics" menu, a window will appear where we select a server and enter login information. After downloading the data, the "Summary" window will be displayed, where we check the imported data.
2. Data import - Framelogic
Po wybraniu menu "Import danych After selecting the "Data Import - Framelogic" pojawi się okno, w którym wybieramy serwer oraz podajemy dane logowania. Po kliknięciu w "Połącz" nastąpi pobranie danych. W zakładce "Pliki cyfrowe" możemy wskazać poszczególne pliki, które kolejno importujemy do Tachospeeda korzystając z przycisku "Pobierz pliki". W zakładce "Przekroczenia granic" możemy dodać także dane obejmujące przekroczenia granic przez kierowców - w tym przypadku korzystamy z przycisku "Zapisz granice do bazy".
